Working with a system.
Our product variety is available for all common industrial printing processes.
The thermal inkjet printing process heats the ink by means of current pulses. This causes the ink to explode and is placed precisely on the medium via nozzles. Decisive for a clean printout are, among other things, the electrical conductivity and capacity of the ink.
In this printing process, a continuous ink droplet jet is generated in the print head and pressed through a fine nozzle. First, the ink drops are electrostatically charged and then deflected by an electrostatic field so that they can fly as an ink jet through the print head opening onto the medium. The right viscosity of the ink is ensured by the interaction of ink and make-up/solvent.
In an industrial sense, the drop-on-demand printing process refers to the ejection of ink through valves or plungers. The ink is shot from the nozzle chamber onto the medium with a mechanical impulse.
