Shipping and Payment 

All deliveries are made with our logistics partner UPS.

Deliveries are currently only made within Germany and Austria .

The shipping costs are €5.90 net plus VAT for a standard delivery. A hazardous goods surcharge of €5 net plus VAT will be charged for hazardous goods shipments.

Express deliveries with a guaranteed delivery on the following working day are offered with a surcharge of €5 net plus VAT. The prerequisite for this is that the ordered goods are available from stock, the order is completed before 12 noon and we confirm the delivery in this way.

We offer our customers the following payment options:

1. Payment with PAYPAL

Simply and conveniently use your Paypal account for payment processing.

2. Credit card

Payments by credit card are processed through our payment service provider Paypal. It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account or to create one.

3. Direct debit

If you select the direct debit payment method, the amount will be debited from your account by our payment service provider Paypal. It is not necessary that you have a Paypal account or that you create one.

4. Prepayment

After receipt of your order we will send you an order confirmation with the total amount and our bank details. Please make the transfer only then. As soon as we have received your payment, the goods will be sent to you and you will receive the tracking number of your parcel by email. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days until the amount is credited to our account, depending on your bank.

5. Invoice

We offer new customers delivery on account for orders up to a net value of goods of €250 (for existing customers up to €1,000 net). Please note that in the event of a negative credit check, we can change the payment modalities afterwards. The terms of payment on the order confirmation apply, which you will receive from us after completing the order. The invoice is to be paid within 14 days.
