Application areas of our products
Industrial printing and marking applications are used in large parts of the manufacturing industry. As diverse as this area of application is, so diverse are our customers. From postal service managers to food producers or even building material manufacturers - everything that is individually marked with specific data consumes inks - all of which we can offer.
Customised industrial printing
From shampoo bottles to food and pharmaceutical items - many of these products have individual, printed markings. Typical users can be winemakers, smaller bottlers, packaging service providers and manufacturers of all kinds. In the last production step, individual markings are printed on the respective products for tracing purposes or for specifying a batch / BBD. Our ink is suitable for this in all size scales. We have the right consumables in our range for hand stampers and label printers as well as for in-line printers in production and packaging systems.
Large-scale industry
In the manufacturing industry, a wide variety of products are marked with individual imprints. In these processes, the print level is only of secondary value creation, but nevertheless indispensable. A production standstill due to pressure problems is not justifiable. Our products are operationally stable and safe in this respect, on a par with the OEM.
Egg labelling
In the egg labelling and food industry, inks must be used that are certified for contact with food. In this segment, mainly CIJ printers as well as TIJ systems based on HP technology are used. Our range includes suitable ink tanks and print head cartridges in different colours for a wide variety of applications.
Mail processing
In the letter processing industry, both a high cycle frequency and machine readability of the barcode / QR code are decisive for an integrated printing application. In addition to the proven TIJ printing technology, CIJ systems with orange fluorescent ink are often used for 1D barcodes. The Postjet printer, specially developed for sorting machines, replaces TIJ technology in many machines, as it can be operated with a 1-litre bulk tank. Professional Ink is available for all applications. These are in daily use.
